IMAX Blog

I have finally completed the IMAX Worldwide Imports blog. This has been a big project for me at work and I am quite proud of it. It is my first multi-author blog. I learned quite a bit about the back-end Wordpress author/contributor/editor interface. I am consistently amazed at the power of Wordpress as a content management system in general.

On a bit of a side note, I hate to admit this, but I actually made use of a rotating gif in the design. I have a 80’s style Polaroid as sort of a focal point in the side bar, and I wanted a grainy, vintage look. The 256 color rendering worked nicely.

Its impressive that you actually found a good use for a rotating GIF!

Bringing back early 90's web design!

I concur with TacoVita! Great job with the GIF. I guess if something doesn't need to be dynamically updated w/ new pics, it doesn't make any sense to put in any JavaScript or Flash.

    Great decision! Flashback: 1993.
